Carla (Weatherford) Bass
We have lived in Red Oak for the past 24 years working and raising Arabian horses. We currently have 4 horses & 12 cats. I have been with Dallas County for 28 yrs 11 months and can retire in 13 months (God willing). I enjoy riding my horses in competitive trail and endurance events and camping with them. Our newest is 4 months old and a hand full.
We manage an endurance ride every year that the LBJ Grasslands near Decatur,TX.
We attend a Methodist church in Grand Prairie and enjoy singing in the choir.
We also like attending the NASCAR events at TMS.
Currently we are busy trying to start building on our land near Sunset,TX before a highway is built through the house we currently reside. This new road is an extension of the George Bush Turnpike making it's way around the metroplex. We are just hoping that the state pays us enough to build a new house and horse barn.
Hope all of my classmates have had a blessed life.
